This doesn’t happen because of a problem in his body or that his doing the wrong workouts it could be because of the food that he is eating.</p>
<p>Yeah!!! The food that he is <strong>eating is playing a big factor in losing weight</strong>. You just can’t go to the gym daily and expect to lose like 20 pounds at the end of the month while you’re eating fast food daily from McDonalds.</p>
<p>I am not saying that exercise is not help full in fact, <em>exercise is very important to the body and it will keep you fit</em> and lower the chance of getting cancer, heart disease and diabetes also exercise helps you battle depression. It also makes you feel younger, stronger, and healthier.</p>
<p>It’s just that you will need to control the type of food that you eat or else you won’t lose weight and you can start with a proper diet like <a href="http://www.losexweight.com/fat-loss/fat-loss-books/fat-loss-4-idiots/">Fat Loss 4 Idiots</a> that is an online diet generator and you can make a diet plan for 11 days according to the type of food that you like.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">At this point if you are confused between which one to do first then I have to say that it depends on what you want to do or in other words it depends whether you want to <strong>build muscle</strong> or you want to<strong> lose weight</strong> and have a lean body.</p>

<p><strong>There are three ways you can do this:</strong></p>

<li>The best way to do this is by running in the morning and weight lifting at night (“this is great but requires more time”)</li>
<li>If you want to do weight lifting it is better to do weight exercise in the start when you are full of energy to get maximum result ASAP and then you can do the running</li>
<li>The last way is by running first and then doing weight workouts but you won’t give it a lot of energy but in this way you will be burning more calories and keeping your body in shape and this way is used basically from people who are overweight and want to lose weight and be in shape too.</li>
</ol>

<p>So if you are the type of person who want to build hard or lean muscles with weight and non repetitive workouts then P90x is for you but if you want to have a strong body in a short period of time with cardio workouts and have a very strong will to lose weight then Insanity is for you.</p>
