Losing Weight With 6 Meals Per Day
Don’t get astonished when i tell you that you can eat 6 meals per day and also lose weight. Well it’s true but it requires that the meals have some time between them and must not have more than 200 to 300 calories per meal. Now that I have said the time and quantity to eat I will tell you how eating 6 meals helps you in losing weight.
The reason is because of the quantity which is small helps in many ways:
- Your energy level will increase since you didn’t over eat because over eating consumes your body in digesting the food and eventually you get exhausted and tired.
- Small meals reduce the felling of hunger because when you eat a large portion of food which creates some dips in your blood sugar level that causes you to be feeling hungry and ending up in eating useless calories.
- Small meals helps also in increasing your metabolism since you are able digest faster.
- Last thing is that small meals helps your muscles growth because your body will be able to digest well and extract nutrients to feed your muscles.
Note that men can eat 6 meals but women is recommended to eat 5 and not more.
