The first thing that you should do is to be patient because losing these stubborn pounds are not easy so you will need to be following your diet or exercise exactly without cheating so that you can see results and do not expect to lose weight fast like before, it will be hard and you could lose from 1 to 1.5 pounds a week and if you stay with your plan for 7 to 10 weeks you will definitely lose those stubborn fats.
The second tip that you can do and will have a great effect is to increase the duration of your workouts 10 to 15 minutes more than the regular. Increasing your workouts time will result in increasing your metabolism and will burn more calories. In other words what you will want to do is to increase your metabolism and this can be done by increasing your workout duration or even changing your exercise routines that your body is adopted too.
Third tip is about dieting which is based on small words “Eat little and often” and this is during the day. This will increase your metabolic rate to another level and at the same time it reduce your apptite for food and decrease your calorie in-take.
Last tip which is in my opinion is “Never Give up” because I know that it will be harder than before but you are almost there so never give up hope and you can do it!!!
