How to lose weight fast in 2 month With Exercise

Before you start reading this you should know that losing weight fast in 2 month is for losing 25 pounds or less, any more pounds will be a risk to your body.  Now since you want to lose weight fast and in a short period of time I have to say this that it requires real commitment from you since you will be changing your life style in a very short period of time.
I will mention small guidelines that will help you get started with exercises at once that are very important in your weight loss journey but before that you will need to drink lots of water at least 8 glasses of water per day and adjusting your food by eating properly so that you do not destroy all the exercise that you have done throughout the week or month.
The exercises that you will do are simple all that you will need to do is an hour of exercise five to six times per week. The idea here is how you spend this hour:
  • You start with a 5 min worm-up or stretching to get started for your cardio workouts
  • Then there are 30 min of cardio workouts which is very important for burning calories. There are many ways to do cardio workouts but mainly the best is running or you can use an exercise DVD like Insanity Cardio Workout and fitness program that makes complete exercises based on workouts with no need of space or equipments and it is a program for 2 months too.
  • After that you get to make 20 minutes of strength exercise and this is for getting a good shape and building muscles.
  • There are the last five minutes that are spent in stretching which is definitely very important.
If you want to speed the weight loss process then you could make another hour of workouts, then it is preferred to do one hour in the morning and one at night.
